Absolutely unprofessional and unqualified. Had mini splits installed and every year we have to call for multiple repairs. Every single time we call, we get Kevin - who is an ignorant pig - telling us how busy busy busy they are. No matter what time of year we have to call, he tells they’ll try to get to us but makes it very clear they don’t give a damn. I’m telling anybody thinking of dealing with these people, after they got the initial huge chunk of money out of you, they will ignore your calls and dismiss your problems. Get ready to make weekly calls, chasing after them, so they can send someone out to your home - who is NOT qualified or licensed - a month later. And because they aren’t qualified technicians, they will indeed tell you that they can’t find anything wrong, they’ll tell you something is wrong that isn’t, or in one case, will actually admit they don’t know what’s wrong - send a video to the office. Absolutely incompetent with zero technical skills and even less customer service skills.Review from Brian G

Feeling abandoned. I chose this business because they are local. I've hesitated to write this review because I wanted to give them a chance to resolve this but I think they have had more than enough time to get it right. Installation went well but by the time winter came we noticed the heat pump didn't like to run below freezing. They blamed it on the thermostat and took a look but it wasn't resolved. After contacting them a few times and waiting over a month for a follow-up I decided to change the thermostat myself, there was no difference, this issue was not the thermostat. Finally over two months from the initial call they came and changed the thermostat themselves, there was no difference, still not working correctly. They came and changed some thermostat settings and still no difference, when I explained it still wasn't working, they said they hoped to do some work on the outside unit very soon, that was over two weeks ago. Now 3 months later our "top of the line heating system" still uses natural gas most of the time for heating below zero. Will not recommend.
