    *** has no idea how geothermal systems work - even though he said he does on the phone before he came to do the work which is a lie. We spent over 1100 dollars for *** to stand in our basement and ******* videos on how to fix our system (We also tried this method before we called an expensive professional). He left us with a huge invoice and the advice to "switch the breaker to reset the system" So he literally told us to unplug it and plug it back in and it cost us 1200 dollars. Two years later we are still waiting for him to come back and fix the system, which he has promised multiple times he would do in email conversations. He has not returned, and now two years later we are ent****g another summer with a Geo Thermal System that does not work properly and *** continues to try to extort us for MORE money for the job that never was completed. We feel completely confused how someone can charge money for a job that was not completed and completely disheartened by the on going threats from Parker HVAC.

    A two day job that turned into 5 months! I was quoted $1300 to install a kitchen hood and 2 bath fans. The final bill was nearly 3 times the amount even with a discount. After a challenging day 1 *** said he would come back to finish the job but that took 2 months of me reaching out constantly before he showed up to finish the job. In the meantime we were left with a 8in hole in the house through the coldest months of the year and we had to constantly battle cold drafts coming in. When he finally agreed to come finish the job he was not able to finish on day 2 either due to electrical wiring challenges. Finally after couple more weeks he completes the job on day 3 after a couple hours. After several reminders for the invoice over a couple of months , I finally get a call from *** that he's had some challenges with the bill due to the complexity of the job, lack of notes on his part, and having to dig up receipts. He tells me that he's come up with 31 hours of labour! As it turns out he charges for himself and his apprentice. Overall job was done to my satisfaction for the most part, but poor communication on ***** part regarding the detailed cost of the job left me feeling taken advantage of. He never once indicated how much the on going job would cost me. Should you consider doing business with ***, take the following precautions : - get a written estimate - confirm hourly rate and if you'll be paying for his apprentice - get an update on your estimate should the job present itself as more challenging -be prepared to wait months if the job takes more than 1 day
