I bought a pressure washing trailer from easy kleen last year during the winter time. When I picked it up they said it was winterized already and as such decided to leave it till this year when it was warmer out anyways. One of the machines was apparently not winterized and as such sustained some damage to the boiler (this is what service told me). Even though they can see the machine hasn't been used they are basically saying I am responsible. I paid for this unit fully in cash and was just surprised at the response given by the service manager accusing me of doing the damage. If this is the kind of service I am expecting I don't want this unit anymore. It is currently at their shop in Cambridge which I had to bring there, over an hour away from.where I live.Business response

Easy Kleen will cover the cost of the new coil and valve that was damaged due to freezing. Our service department will install the new coil and valve at our shop in Cambridge where the machine is currently. The customer will be notified and can come pick up the trailer when complete.
