            I first purchased a brand new Honda Civic Si back in February. The car had to go to Conne river so I could get my native status tax savings. When the car went out there Hondas driver got a chip in the windshield. Upon return I was told I should wait to get the crack filled because it could shatter the windshield due to weather conditions. I took their advice and waited and now the crack has migrated and now I have a 13 inch crack and they are refusing to fix it. They told me they would take care of it initially and that it “wouldn’t cost me a dime” and now that my insurance is seeking a 500$ deductible there is suddenly nothing they can do for me. I purchased Honda plus warranty which claims to cover 500$ deductible but they’re trying to tell me “that only applies to leased vehicles”. I am very upset with the poor service and misleading information I’ve been getting and would like to take action.
