Ok so as a Military veteran with disabilities to my neck, back and arm and severe daily migraines. Along with other health issues I reached out to businesses who do snow clearing as I’m too weak and in too much pain daily to do this now. So this man Trevor who is the owner of Lawns by Atlantic Inc. told me he is definitely reliable as I explained how it’s important I’m cleared in the mornings as I have doctor appointments at the hospital for injections and specialist appointments also He told me I could definitely count on him and he said he had two packages. The cheaper was for clearing of anything 5+ cm but when they get to you. He told me with needing to be sure to be cleared early in the mornings I’d be better to go with him more expensive package as I’d be on his “priority list” and taken care of. And it’s for anything 2cm and above. Twice I had to text as no clearing was done and those times they finally came one being almost 9pm at night. Then for our big storm of 50-60cm he never showed. I texted him and told him I needed to be cleared as I had to go to the hospital. When he texted back he said they wouldn’t get to my area til 230pm. At about 4 or 430pm they still didn’t show. I had to buy a snowblower before this storm because of the issues of him not showing up to do what he’s been paid for on Dec 1 and Jan 1 and end of Jan payments I made. I had to go out to snowblow my driveway the best I could. When done I could barely walk or move my arms. I had a severe migraine and bruises o er my upper legs and my wrists. I could t believe he never once bothered to do his already paid for job. He still to this day never shows up. I had to give him 30 days notice and still pay til Feb 9th end of day servicing and he never shows up and no longer sends his emails on weather of snow. He is also an RNC police officer he said. How can he get away with this. It’s not right at all. I need help.
