    I am a new Rogers Ignite TV and Internet customer. Within the past month since switching from Bell Aliant, I've been trying to get help from their customer service and technical service teams regarding wireless connection issues. Every time I call, I am either put on hold for over an hour without anyone getting back to me to check in, transferred to other dept.'s, calls being disconnected after being on hold for over an hour, etc. This seems to be a theme with this company and their customer service team who don't have the proper training or support to deal with customer complaints/issues. I'm not exaggerating when I say I've spent nearly the equivalent of two full working days on hold since switching. The only reason I haven't cancelled my service, is due to lack of options. I was with Bell Aliant previously who wouldn't entertain a cheaper option or price match until I switched and all equipment was returned to them - which isn't good enough for a loyal customer of more than 11 years. Too little too late Bell Aliant - your operating model is that of greed who price gouge customers. With regards to Rogers, they need to be held accountable for following through on the promises they make to customers when they sign you up. I'll be researching other service providers soon so I will never have to deal with this company again.
