            On June 20, 2023 I paid Tall Pines Sign Co. $310 to make a sign for me which was to completed and mailed to me by the end of the month of July. I have contacted the owner on numerous occasions over the past 6 month to find out where my sign is. The owner lacks any type of communication, often going several weeks if not a month before even responding. When she does respond it’s always “I’m sorry, I’m so busy. Your sign is complete and will be mailed on Monday and I will provide tracking information to you”. I’ve been hearing this for well over 4 months. This is absolutely unacceptable. Nearly 6 months later, and I still don’t have my sign. she hasn’t responded to any communication via email or social media for the past month.
