Built an addition, new siding and new roof. None stop issues with the company. 4 months to frame 450sqft addition. 9 months to finish job, still have not finished fix ups. Caused living room to be flooded, due to not covering the roof after cutting away a large section. They had unlicensed worker laying our flooring then did electrical in our Attic resulting in no power to our fridge and counter plugs. Installed door and windows only with silicone direct to chipboard. No tyvek or blue skin. Installed exterior door missing screws in top hinge resulting in very hard opening and closing. “Adjusted twice by contractor before I did it my self”. Put siding on with large spans of 12-16 feet with no nails. Trim work blows off in the wind. Did not insulate skirting or water pipes that was part of contract. Even removed insulation from previous skirting and put nothing back in place. Resulting in frozen water in and out of our home anytime outside temp was -5 or lower with wind. The worst our chimney they installed is currently falling off the roof. They installed it with no bracing or support. They did not even put pieces of pipe together properly. This has resulted in another water leak into our living room. And a very unsafe, fire hazard chimney that now needs to be removed and all redone another 1000-2000$ expense after paying them 182,000$ fora turn key finished product, it’s been 5 months and a total of almost 5000 dolllars extra I’ve spent fixing there work since they stated they were done. Lots of pictures and videos for proof of my complaints.
