I found this company at a spring home show in 2013 and decided to try them out. I wanted them to remove the old shingles but they insisted that their product was better installed over the old shingles and so I gave in to them and allowed them to install over the shingles. I regret that decision now as the extra weight on the roof is a concern. They showed up at the house one day without any warning. I leave early for work and was gone for about 10 hours. By the time I returned the entire roof had been done and the installers were gone and so I never had an opportunity to see what they did or how they did it. I had a look at the roof after the installation and there were a few things that I had questions about. For example, some of the metal tiles had been creased upwards to create flashing against the chimney. In the creases the paint (coating) was cracked and I could see rust forming on the exposed metal. I attempted to contact the company multiple times over several months by both email and phone, leaving messages every time, but never heard back from them. Since the roof was not leaking or causing problems I eventually gave up, but I seriously regret ever doing business with this company.

This company was working in the Ottawa area 10 years ago and at the time we had no idea they were from the east coast. They were advertising at a spring home show and we were after a new roof and decided through the summer we would go with a Metal Roof. Their salesman came to the house gave us an estimate and we moved ahead with project. 50 year warranty on the metal shingles and 10 years on the workman ship. Well 91/2 years later we have a big problem where the snow guard they installed has ripped out of the roof damaging the shingles and plywood under the shingles. THE COMPANY NOW SAYS SORRY WE ARE TO FAR AWAY TO HELP YOU. Do not use this company.
