  A summary by ****** ******* Re Job # 91-2021-E ****** ******* Wed, Nov 17, 10:14 AM to office Att'n ****** ****. In March of this year I met with ****** of LaHave septic to discuss an upgrade to my septic system. We agreed on what was to be done, the price and when it would be done. During these discussions ****** committed to doing the job " AS SOON AS THE GROUND DRIED UP IN THE SPRING". Unfortunately Lahave septic has proven to be totally unreliable. By June conditions were good but nobody showed and nobody communicated with me. At the end of June I called to find out why there was a delay and when the work was going to take place. I was called back from the office and told they had a couple of jobs for people in an urgent situation and then they would be over. July passed and August passed but nobody showed and again nobody communicated with me. My travel plans were now threatened by the delay. I called and was able to speak to ****** who assured me "the job would be done in September because by October the ground would be too wet". Again September passed and October passed (travel plans cancelled) and again nobody communicated with me. I was eventually able to get a hold of ****** who assured me they would be over at the beginning of the following week. Late Tuesday of the following week a M/c appeared and on Wednesday/ Thursday a small access road was put in. I asked the gentleman that appeared to be in charge when they would come to do the actual septic. He said possibly Friday PM but certainly early the following week. I cancelled a medical appointment for the following Tuesday to make sure I would be available. Again nobody showed and nobody communicated with me. It's now the middle of the next week and the middle of November and the first flakes of snow are falling!!!!! This Email sent mid Nov. I have not rec'd any follow up communication from them.
