January 2024 I entered in an auction at mariners auction website. Was purchasing bulk lots of returns fram ****** and other companies ******* gets them from. I spent 3000 one day and over 800 on another. It's understood that you take a chance purchasing these items and it's stated on the website that things can be damaged. People buys these to make alittle money reselling items. I was hoping to do just that. That being said when I picked the item up and returned home I found that every item was absolutely unusable and unsellable. The main money items were electronics. Monitors etc. Also yhe rest of the items not electronic were broken and missing a part or multiple pieces to make them trash. When sold on there website the bulk loads are manifested so you can see what you will be purchasing. ALL pictures are shown in new condition and retail prices to make you belive this is what your buying. I complained about the electronics first and returned the items so the business would realize the magnitude of my issue. That didn't happen and was offered and received a 500 dollar pay off. Only contact that was availble to me was email with I don't know who. Employee or boss? No idea. Since then I seen on the website they they are doing it again but listing all broken and useless item in the bulk lots. Also the pallet of items I returned to the warehouse . Now being Sold as "for parts only" I have all my invoices and communications with the company and these past auctions are kept on file online. I would include these and anything else if you think you can go further with this. Hard to include everything right now using this method. Thanks and hope to hear from you

While the last lots were less than be desired (most actually broken in pieces) we knew the As Is (although other pallets previously were great AsIs) and wont go that route at more than half went to dump. That said. Items in one were missing and their value was high, so a 10 dollar refund for a bunch of items removed (they are in your pics) is not acceptable. If that is it then we will not be customers from this point and will send thebcomplaint we have to whoever would look into it. Not pleased with whoever has replied in Customer Service at all and frankly if they are like this are losing you customers, long standing ones like myself. The missing items from the lot had pictures. Neither the items or boxes they were in were provided in the pallet. So were removed after pictures taken. Which should not occur after bidding. And subsequently i was banned over the holiday break for no apparent reason other than i complained
