      I payed to have my wifi on my iPhone fixed instead my front and back cameras and flash were broken and wifi still not working

      ****** came in to fix a wifi issue 3 months ago we stated that logic board repair isn’t covered after you leave store it’s just for data recovery customer agreed , customer comes back 5 weeks later saying the issue has came back again just to prevent complications we attempt to fix the issue again free of Charge whole diagnostic show that device board was damaged again due to dropping as its a solder job phone was dropped that we had to desolder and solder wifi chip again customer leave and drop off the loaner phone provided free of charge  damaged. We cut out loses customer levees . Customer comes back saying now 1 week after while intoxicated that his camera doesn’t work which we didn’t even touch saying that we should buy him a new phone customer was threatening workers saying he will fight them customer gets a restraining order if In store again as he threatened  employees physically .
      Phone was repaired feb 24 ( no warranty for logic board repair )and picked customer comes back complaining about other issue 3 month after .

      In December 2021 I took my ****** 12 to CP Repair in Dartmouth to have the back of the phone repaired. The phone was working at 100% charging fine and working as it should. When the back of the phone was repaired a cost of $250 a day later Pixels on the front began to burn out. So I approached CP repair, and they replaced the front screen at a cost of $150. These repairs were made to the phone in preparation to give it to my daughter as a gift. After the repairs were made it sat in a dresser drawer for three weeks until I put it in a case for protection. While putting it in the case the back of the screen cracked again. Once again I took the phone to CP repair and explain the Issues. With some conversation they replaced it for free. After replacing the back for the second time I took it home and the charging port was not working as well as the battery would not take a charge. At this point I had given up on CP repair and brought it to Apple. They did a diagnostic test on it and told me that the phone was beyond economical repair. I then approach CP repair again offered them the phone for the cost of the replacement parts as the phone is useless to me now.

      Customer came to fix back of device ****** 12 Pro we fix back$150  in beginning of December ( ***** doesn’t fix back of device the replace whole device $899)of device customer tested phone and leaves customer comes couple of days asking for screen replacement as their is a damage pixel on screen , we tell customer it’s lcd issue and if it was our fault it won’t show after  one week also we didn’t open device we just replaced back which doesn’t require opening device he agrees to replace screen customer test phone works fine leaves.
      Customer comes back end of February saying phone doesn’t turn on we test phone notice back is cracked he claimed he didn’t use it for two months and demands free back we mention to him charge port doesn’t work but he can still wireless charger phone using wirless charger he demands back replace although it’s obviously cracked and cracks don’t happen from install for a case as we use clamps to adhere back plus it was 2 month after repair we replace back anyway customer demand charge port fix we disagree as it’s not our problem we payed to fix front screen and back not port and issue occurred after customer bought device phone never left store with issue . He goes to ***** and makes a report which doesn’t make sense as now way to test device as port doesn’t work and demands us to buy the phone that we fix front and back ( back twice one time free) we disagree cause I personally don’t stand with people that try to take advantage of small business and get free stuff . And phone left store two month ago without issues he comes back with cracked back saying it cracked by itself and not charging so howe is that our issue . Personally we should have not even fixed the back for free but we where just being nice .
      Some facts customer claiming we broke lcd with back repair first time so how did our lcd work through two back repairs till now still work and his screen orginal one worked fine for weeks after replacement then had pixelation ?
      Customer knew about port issue didn’t wanna fix cause he doesn’t wanna pay .
      Phone still actually works and turns on fine with wirless charger .

      All the issue seem to occur after time customer takes device major issue took two month to appear which is hardware failure covered by the manufacturer as we don’t cover anything except our  parts after device is checked and given and also it’s been two months with signs of damage showing that customer obviously is lying .
