              On 21/07/09 I registered with ******* on a recall list of CPAP machines because there was a health concern with them ( purchased from The Snore Shop in Truro NS ) to which mine is on that list. I have been in contact with the Snore Shop several times and I feel that I am given the run around. My brother also has a CPAP from another health server and he has had his replaced within a year of his registering his. I have complained about having a headache ever since I started using this CPAP machine also I need this for my breathing at night ( as I cannot sleep without it). Thank you for your time **** *******

              The worst company i ever used. Ordered a new mask in the Fredericton office a month ago. They said they would give it to my friend when she went to her appointment a week later. They informed her they only place orders when they have enough. Been trying to contact them since two weeks and they do not answer their phone and don't return messages. I am presently using a mask that is held together with tape. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT MONTHS OF FUSTRATION AS THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS !!
