      Ordered two items, only received one in a box too small to hold the two items together. Emailed customer service and got no response. I'm calling next but it's pretty messed up to only ship out one item when the order was for two. How do you miss that? It's not like I ordered 20 things either where I can excuse a mistake like that.

      We are sorry for any issues this may of caused. Your order was shipped with two tracking number in different packages so they would not get damage during shipping. USPS tracking number 9434611206210265209148 delivered on 06/12/24 and USPS tracking number 9434611206210265209155 delivered on 06/15/24. If you do not have both of the items please let us know.

      There is nothing mention about a service fee of $99,99 mention in ad and it just automatically comes out your account or charged to your credit card. An you cannot get in touch with fixed for it to be explained why? Nothing is said about this in there ads! I want to know why!

      We sorry we believe you have the incorrect company. We do not charge service fees. We are a online company that sells parts for appliance and small engines and tool parts. Did this charge say it was from fix.com?

      I ordered a part on 3/21/2024, paid immediately, it is a special order item said allow 7-10 days. A month later, No status, no updates, on 4/23 I sent an email to  with NO response. Tried calling the 800 number multiple times, only to get the useless auto-attendant. I really need the part and would appreciate an update. Order #23367761 Barry R.

      Order part on 03-02-2024 and did not receive part. I visited website and called, but was not able to get information on delivery status, other than on order. Absolutely NO customer service!

      I ordered a glass shield for a propane heater. It was damaged in transit and never delivered. Emails and calls to fix.com were completely ignored. Refund or replacement request completely ignored. Support call line goes directly to recording 100% of the time. $35 lost. They are *******.

      We are sorry for any issues this may of caused. We show you reached out on our Facebook message and claim has been filed with our warehouse. The refund was issued today 04-19-24 in the amount of $34.28 for your order. You will see back on your credit card in 2-3 business days.

      I placed an order on Feb. 19, 2024 and was charged on Feb. 21, 2023. The item was expected to ship in 3-5 business days. Now, a month later, I still have nothing. I sent customer service an e-mail on March 8, 2024 and nobody responded. On March 20, 2024, I sent another e-mail to customer service and tried to call Fixcom but no agents were available according to an automated message. Nobody has gotten back to me. I would never even consider ordering from this company again. I'll likely need to open a dispute with my credit card company.

      I placed an order over a month ago and my credit card was charged on the day I placed the order. I have not received any status updates since then. I emailed their customer service a week ago and received no response. I called their customer service phone number, but there are never any representatives available to take a call. I should have read these reviews before taking the risk with this company.

We do show your order was cancelled on 01/25/24 and refunded in the amount of $19.74.

      Order parts with next day shipping items didn't ship for 4 days canceled the orders the next day they shipped one of my orders then on monday shipped the 2nd order this is a joke of a company now will be the waiting game to get my refund Definitely would not recomend or use again

The item you ordered was in stock at the time of the order; however, when fulfilling the order there was an inventory discrepancy and the item went to a temporary backorder status. Which caused the delay in shipping. We do see the packages have been refused and you will see refunds for your orders back on your credit card in 2-3 business days.
