      I purchased my vehicle at the end of February 2024 and on June 5th I started to hear a metal on metal noise, clunking when accelerating or stopping. I called Maritime Vehicle Providers to explain the issue. I was advised to take my vehicle to a garage closer to me... I did this, the mechanic found that the heat exhaust pan was missing and the clamps were causing the clunking noise. I had this repaired. I called Maritime Vehicle Providers and explained what happened and what I was advised to do by their service department and I'm being refused reimbursement. Told that it was wear and tear on my vehicle and it was my responsibility to have ot fixed.... Well I totally disagree!! I could see it if I owned my vehicle for more than 4 months... But only having it for 4 months and have things fall off of it and being told it's my fault!! Not to mention I haven't driven it very much in the 4 months I've owned it.. Not a happy customer! Would never buy or recommend that company ever again!! And ******* wasn't very pleasant to speak to... It was like she received her sales commission from my sale then says too bad, the car maintenance is on you! She was so rude she even hung up on me when I said I was putting in a complaint against her and the company!!

      Thank you very much for your review, we appreciate all reviews. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for everything that goes wrong with a vehicle. We do not manufacture them, we just refurbish them to the best of anyone's ability with certified red seal techs. If it was someone that was missed on a safety, without a doubt we would have definitely repaired it or something we missed, but a heat shield that makes noise is something that is out of our control and is a wearable item and can happen for many reasons. I know this isn't the answer you were looking for but at least I hope it helps you understand . We strive on making everyone as happy as they can be but cant be held responsible for everything that goes wrong with a vehicle. And we do appreciate your business and also we did put a lot of work into getting you into the vehicle that you really wanted. I would hope that this inconvenience wouldn't completely discredit all the work we all (including yourself) put into getting you what you wanted. :)

      I had originally given ******** and this company a 5 star review. To say I wouldn't recommend this company is an understatement. Extremely unprofessional and I can bet money I would have been treated with more respect. Have not even had the car 2 years. An issue present when I bought it , took it back, they PATCHED it up and the trunk fills with water AGAIN! BEING told Tough was not the answer I would have chosen as owner-- shame on you..

      Thank you for your comments, we always appreciate feedback, good, bad or otherwise. This is correct that we did have a problem with the vehicle and we did fix it correctly. And no one ever said tough. We said we would be happy to look at it but we are booking three weeks out and you wanted to be done when you showed up. It just wasn't possible. We also offered to get it in within a few days if you could leave it with us, but that didnt work for your situation. The owner did go out and look at the car to see if there was any obvious signs of a quick fix. We never once said "tough". We also gave suggestions on what to do if you needed it right away and was asked to let us know what you came up with. We do our best to make everyone happy and sorry that you left feeling that way.
