      I purchased a 2015 GMC Sierra 2500 diesel truck from *** Morrison Automotive on August 5, 2021. I purchased warranty at that time as well. *** said he needed to do some stuff to the truck before I could pick it up, such as undercoating. He also informed me the truck had an oil leak, he changed the oil pan and that fixed the problem according to him. *** said the truck was finally ready to be picked on August 27. On Sept 3 I noticed the truck was leaking oil so I took a picture and texted it to Jim, he said he was going away for the weekend he would get back to me the following Monday, Sept 6 or Tuesday Sept 7. I never heard from him so I called him and asked him to put the truck on his hoist but he refused and said the truck was too heavy for his hoist and that his mechanic had quit. He said to take it to his friends garage, which I did, and I was quoted $2000 for repairs and found out the warranty didn't cover any repairs needed. I tried to cancel the warranty but they said it was past the 30 days they give you to cancel. Keep in mind I purchased the warranty Aug 5 and the truck was not released for three weeks after that. I went to ***** to tell him about the warranty not covering any repairs and he said he would get ahold of another mechanic for second opinion but he never called back. I took the truck to a different garage where they found yet another leak, I sent pictures to Jim, he replied with a few questions but nothing in the way of wanting to help or take responsibility. The truck has been in a shop for two weeks now being repaired, not sure what the final bill will be yet. I would like to be compensated for repairs being done.

      i am in contact with *** ******* and am trying to contact dannys speed shop mt uniacke to see what repairs are involved here.When i hear back i will contact *** again to see if we can resolve this problem.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 16088604, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

      The truck is still in the shop, we are waiting for parts to come in so we don’t have a dollar amount yet.  I am hoping *** will continue to be in touch with me
