    Was billed 115 for two car keys to be cut and coded that failed about 20 min after payment. Here is an email thread that explains the issue. Me to Bill Sat, Apr 15, 11:01?AM Hi Bill. After I left your place I stopped at the big stop for a coffee. When I tried to get back into my car, the new key unlocked it fine but won't start it. It turns over and stops and says, on the screen, immobilizer active. I've tried both new keys with the same result. I've tried to contact you multiple times through email and telephone but you have not responded. Soon after I left your shop, the key fobs no longer worked. I notified you of this in an email and you said that you would need a couple of days to look into and that you would get back to me. I've sent multiple emails and voicemail to which you did not respond. It's been over a month and I have not heard from you. I have to assume then that you've decided to quietly end our business relationship. Very disappointing. John 902-820-2018

    Bill was friendly and professional. He returned my call promptly and showed up as expected. Our commercial lock is now working perfectly and a fair price was charged. I would highly recommend Bill.
