    I have a billing issue with non-tenant parking at Oxford House in Halifax. I rented spot #9 while I was a student at Dal. In June 2023, I emailed the super at Oxford House (at *************************** to inform him that I would no longer need the parking space after July 2023 as I was graduating. In August 2023, my bank account was automatically debited $173 by Templeton. I emailed the super at Oxford House about the charge. It took a couple of weeks, but Templeton did provide a refund cheque for $173. In September 2023 there was no charge to my bank account, so I thought the matter was fixed. However, in October 2023, my account was automatically debited by Templeton for $173 once again. I contacted the super via email on October 4th, and on October 6th he notified me that Templeton intended to reverse the charge. As of today (October 24th), the charge has not been reversed, nor has a refund cheque been received by myself. I would like the overcharge of $173 from October to be refunded to me, and I also want confirmation that no unauthorized charges will be debited from my account in the future. I have tried calling the office but I have always been told I have to email the super to have any issue rectified. As the issue is still outstanding, I am reaching out this way for a resolution.

    Very unprofessional employees and manager at the Vuze and the head office. They will try every possible way to against you, not listening to your feedback, and very rude talking to you. The place I lived was awful, they have construction going on all the time outside my balcony, everyday you wake up, you will see someone working outside the balcony and windows, working and looking at you, very uncomfortable. They took away my balcony, so I have no access to the balcony even though they said you have access to the balcony in the lease. They tried to keep your deposit as long as possible, it took almost 2 weeks to get my deposit back since the day I moved out, they said they have 10 days since the end of the lease and I moved out early so I had to wait. To future tenants, try to avoid at all costs, since you will get the worst customer service ever. The advertisement is not true at all, the view on their website are the best, but the reality is the worst. They paid services and residents to get positive feedback, $5 or $10 for every 5-star feedback on Google Maps. Not to note there are mices, bugs, and trash everywhere, in the garbage room, outside your balcony, and maybe someday, they will find its way to your apartment. I'd love to give them 0 star if it's possible.

    Hi ******, I’m sorry for the experience you’ve shared on this review. I have looked into your file and aside from 2 work orders (regarding your dryer and how to use the thermostat) which were quickly addressed, there was no other correspondence between building staff or head office and yourself. Your security deposit was returned to you in full within 9 days of your out-inspection which is within the normal acceptable time. Some of the other items you’ve mentioned do not seem accurate and I would like to discuss these, and the rest of your experiences in more detail with you at your earliest convenience.

    It's not the communication on files. It's the communication that's not on file. The maintenance guy was very unprofessional and rude. The dryer was not working but he keeps blaming me for not cleaning it, even though it's the dryer itself. It's not only me who complaining, but a lot others. My balcony was missing the fence, and people working outside, trash everywhere on my balcony. I do have the pictures taken. My winter tires outside my balcony was moved by the workers with zero notice? The notice that was sent to my apt was... just inaccurate, there was no work done on that day on the balcony, at least not my balcony. If you find on ****** Maps, there are several comments said they were paid to give 5-stars. I was offered as well, but not on file, of course. Mices can be seen in the garbage room as my initial review. I live in the second floor, so my apartment view was just all construction and buildings around my windows and balcony. I do have the picture of the view as well, but I just don't have place to put it on BBB./.
