We hired beaver renovations to do a new patio and bathroom. The entire thing has been nothing but a headache. We asked them to replace our deck in the same footprint as the old deck. They built it 2 feet shorter. They then offered to build us a bottom piece to our deck, because we had priced that out originally, as a way of correcting the mess up of the size of our deck. They built that 2 feet shorter than what was agreed to. They left nails poking out, boards that were not fastened securely, etc. We had to message them a bunch of issues continuously and they fixed it. Bottom part of deck was supposed to be fixed to add the 2 feet, it has never been done. Then they were to start a bathroom reno, told us they wanted to complete it in two weeks and didn't want to do it in sections over time. That was around September 19th and this is november. The bathroom was a nightmare. Constantly sending texts telling them every day after they had been there the things they messed up. Walls ripped up, flooring had to be redone 7 times and still is not done correctly under our vanity. Light fixtures with no bulbs, grout not sealed, Part around the toilet where water connects to wall has hole. They walked on our brand new flooring with their boots so there is materials stuck to the flooring. Uneven light fixtures, uneven plugs. They left garbage and never cleaned up. And now we are tired because we have been promised for months that it would be complete to our liking. My wife got annoyed and was nasty and told them not to come back and we haven't heard a thing. They put their tools on our $2500 vanity and there are scuff marks. It wasn't even taken out of the box until they attached it to the wall. We tried to be patient but it is very frustrating knowing everyday you come home you have to go behind them like children and make sure they are doing it right. We have pictures that can be sent along and can take screenshots of the texts where we communicated our wishes multiple times.
