Hello, I did contact innovates as below email in April.8 asking them what I should do if The pharmacy refuses innovicare insurance card he said to pay and make the claim online that it see msg below. I did follow his Direction and did two claims, Ive been waiting over 6 month, emails almost twice a month, and I did receive only one claim Payment, but the other one never receive even they was promised me everything going throw and ill receive payment soon, I didn't hear back from them, no email no letter nothing, then I contacted them to check they told me second cliam refuse to pay, no reason fake reason which I didn't understand hos email (see below) because I was resident in quebec that time. I email them ask for more information they never replay back, they let me wait over 6 month and now play same game again. when first I contact them and I have it in writing they said cliam will take about 1 month max and it take over 6 month back and forth. see below some of emails I had with them.
