I purchased online for the digital pictures of my daughter last November 3, 2022. I always sent them an email but never got a response and have not received the digital images until now. It is already December 1, 2022. Picture day was October 24, 2022. It's been 5 weeks now. I paid $41+ plus for that. Chat agents are not helpful as well. I just want my daughter's photos to be sent now.Initial Complaint

Money has been paid for school pictures but no pictures received (was supposed to be an emailed electronic copy). There is also no contact information (phone number or email on their website) so I have no way to reach out to determine the status.Initial Complaint

I ordered school pictures through Lifetouch Canada, but accidentally sent a cheque from an old account ($33). I realized last week and have been trying to correct my error and pay the balance. I have called the head office, local office, help line, and tried the online chat. I have been dealing with a customer service agent through email as well. I have been told that they will not accept another cheque, will not accept a credit card over the phone, and will not allow me to pay online through a secure site. I have been told that the account will be sent to collections in a couple of weeks and I have to wait for it to be registered and pay the collection agency directly. I have contacted the collections agency and they are telling me that there is no claim submitted and I cannot pay. I feel it is absolutely unacceptable to send an account to collections when a person is actively trying to pay the balance. This will negatively impact my credit rating for 6 years according to the collections agency. Since the account has not yet been sent to collections, I should be given the opportunity to correct my error and pay the account, but Lifetouch is not willing to allow me to do this.
