If I could give them zero stars I would… During an emergency evacuation they decide to enforce zero dog policy and threaten removal! As if those needing housing are not suffering enough separating them from their four legged companions is horrible. Shame on them. Maybe take some advice from past evacuations and offer help rather than threats.

City Centre is no doubt the worst, most useless, most greedy Rental Company in the Business. Please anyone looking to rent an apartment NO MATTER how DESPERATE you are FOR A PLACE TO LIVE. Think of the worst Nightmare you ever had that would be better than the Nightmares City Properties will inflict upon you. Trust me after renting from them for 6 years I know how useless they are when it comes to Maintenance your repair problems will never be addressed and say your Tap is leaking they always will say it's the tenant's fault and send you a bill. These people, this company are the greediest people I have ever met in 61 years. Do yourself and your family a great honor and respect your selves by not renting from City Center. If you do you will always regret your decision. Your Life renting from City Center will be like a living Hell. Mine has been and others. They will always be billing you for no reason but GREED.

My roommate and I lived at 420 Larry Uteck. Our lease ends December 31st. We moved most of our stuff out (minus the storage room in the parking garage) on December 10th. We paid rent for the entire month. We went to OUR apartment on December 17th to check the mail and visit friends that also lived in our building only to find out they had moved people into OUR place. Contacted ***** ******* (the property manager) and was told our lease ended when we moved our stuff out and that we are no longer in possession of the unit (which we still have they keys for and stuff there). We then said she would have to prorate us for half the month since they have moved people into OUR place which we have insured with OUR insurance. All she did was spew a bunch of lies and told me I had to have my stuff out the next day and she is changing the locks and then hung up on me. **** ******** **** ****** **** **** *** **** * ****** *** *** *** *******, when all I did was state the fact that this is still our apartment and they moved in tenants *********. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE, most tenant here are new immigrants that aren't familiar with the laws here, and these people use that to take advantage of them any way they can. I know finding rental in HRM can be hard but save your sanity and DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!

Women and children beware !!!! Although living conditions are disgusting and they have been give a 2 week to repair notice of violation by the city ! The super is what you need to watch for especially women and children he likes to text women * *** **** ** *********** **** * ** ** *** **** ***** **** **** **** ******** * **** ***** **** ******* ** ***** ** ***** ***** *** **** ** ***** *** **** *** *** ******** **** ** ***** ** ***** ***… ** ***** ******** ** ******** ******* *** *** *** **** ** *** **** ! When complaints went in about all this ***** brushed it aside ! This man should be fired and charged ! If he is confronted by a man he goes to ***** and says the man is a abusive and violent and threatens there tenancy !!! That’s how they try to keep you quiet ! Onto repairs … MOULD EVERYWHERE !!! Walls are so wet they fall apart broken dishwasher for months on end patio doors that don’t open bottom Of outside doors rotten right through mice come in ! The list is never ending … you will never get any where with this company BEWARE !!!!
