I contacted this auto detailing company for full car detailing services (pet hair removal, waxing, interior and exterior full detailing) with pick-up car service. However, I was asked if I can come to pick him up, when going to work so that he can pick the car up. I picked him up at *** ****** ****** ****. The service transaction was $290, paid via Interac on the 27th (Wednesday) October, 2021. The business was committed to picking up my car and providing full detailing for my automobile including waxing and pet hair removal. The company (Clay) stated that he was done with the car and will be dropping it at my place as earlier discussed and agreed. However, he stated that I make my payments before he takes the car to my house. I requested he drop the car keys with my housemate. I got back from work to see that the exterior was good but the interior of the car wasn't okay. I called him up immediately to state the obvious. He promised to come to fix it, he didn't show up on each day he promised to come. At some point, he stopped responding to my text or pick my calls He accepted to come re-clean the car but ever since then, he kept me standing on several occasions (that I missed my weekend work or appointment just to wait for him as promised). Furthermore, since November 7th till now, he hasn't replied to my text or call me. I made this service payment through Interac transfer to *************************
