    Four heat pumps were installed in my home. All of the heat pumps are "short cycling". This means greater wear and tear on parts, reduced efficiency and improper performance from units. The whole point of installing heat pumps was to reduce energy costs and create a more comfortable environment in my home. With short cycling units the energy savings simply don't occur and the cost to replace these units due to their improper performance will mean installing heat pumps was a massive waste of money. If units performed as advertised this would not be the case. Within several days of installation we reported these problems to the installer and a solution of putting a smaller unit in our main level was provided. We were also told we would be refunded the cost from a bigger 15k unit to a aller 12k unit. Still today no refund has been issued, and the same sub par performance is occurring with the smaller unit. Nothing has been addressed about the strange noises coming out of several of the units. Ready Refrigeration has had ample time to fix these issues and has so far done nothing. Due to this I see the only solution being a full refund and removal of their equipment from our home. Or replace whatever needs to be replaced up to and including EVERYTHING to ensure proper heating and cooling in my home. Not once has Ready Refrigeration reached out to me with any kind of support. I have reached out multiple times and constantly told the same story. "We'll do it Monday", "oh there in staff training today", "the person that deals with that is not in today" Now I can't get anything done because of the holidays. Unfortunately holidays or not I still have to listen to troubling noises and deal with inadequate performance from the heat pumps Ready Refrigeration installed in my home.

    I purchased ****** heat pump (3 heads on 1 Compressor) from Ready Refrigeration. Initially we were very pleased with the install and customer service. Then after approximately 2 years the System failed at the end of May 23. The Coil, Compressor and Main circuit board were replaced but not until the end of Aug 23 (3 Months to Repair). In September 23 the System was powered on and the Main circuit board has failed again. It should not take several weeks to get parts. Its now 31 Oct 23 and we are waiting for parts again. Calling the office has not rectified the problem and they have not provided updates on repairs. I have been patient and understanding however that has come to an end. Winter is at my front door and my heat pumps are not working. This has gone on for 6 months and is unacceptable. We are still paying for heat pumps that do not work.

    Thank you for reaching out again with your concerns. We do understand your frustration and apologize for the delays. Please know that the service department and our technicians have been working behind the scenes to get more info on the issues that you have been experiencing and are trying to expedite further service and parts to help get this system operating again.

    We have had some delays from the wholesaler which we have taken steps to go higher up the chain to help get results for you in this matter and we have made a tech available to come back and review things again as early as Monday (if that has not already been setup). We are going to monitor this very closely still and if we cannot get to the bottom of it, the service department will have a different solution for you before the weather starts to get colder. 

    Since our first service call on July 4th of this year, there had been no issues with your system from the day it was installed back in the summer of 2020 and we hope to get you back to that same level of trust and reliability with us and your Daikin heat pump equipment. 

    We will also ensure steady communication from the office if that has not been meeting your expectations. We know that sometimes the delays on parts and bad news on timing for repair is not always what a customer wants to hear, however we want to make sure you are kept in the loop and as we stated we have been working behind the scene trying to do everything we can on this matter, and we will do a better job of staying in touch with you during the process.
