      My wife and i spent 6500 dollars in their store. The snow blower we purchased for almost 2092.98 with taxes had a faulty gas cover from the day we brought it home and would barely stay running for more then 10 minutes at a time . Purchased on Jan 31st .On the third start it died and would not run again. We took it back to the tractor dome for warranty. Feb 28 .After weeks of it sitting outside i was called to be advised 2 things. 1 there was nothing wrong with it and 2 their mechanic would show me how to use it without the choke off because clearly that's how us women were using it with it on because the spark plug was completely gummed up. Lets note that I have been using snow blowers and equipment my entire life!! When I asked it if was still outside I was informed that it was because they had no room to keep equipment inside !! I asked what about the has tank since their sales guy also identified it was not the proper cover and or a faulty tank. They had not even checked that. Fast forward 4 plus months and I still do not have my snow blower and at this point knowing its been outside and the fact that I am not convinced the reason why it would not stay running before has ever been fixed I wanted either my money back or for them to give us a new one in replacement when the season comes around. No their advice was for me to call the manufacturer and see what they ll do. Seriously that's how you take care of your clients. If this was a 6 months to year old machine that I dropped for warranty and was kept inside. No issues , that is not the case and they are not willing to accept any responsibility at all! We should have been able to return it for a full refund inside of the 30days since it never ran from day one. The sales guy no longer works there and the owner ***** is not willing to go good for anything other then changing out the gas tank and giving me back my machine that has been sitting outside for months.

      Customer dropped up ********* ST230 Snow blower with gas cap and running issue. We ordered Fuel Tank  as per ********* warranty ********* sent us wrong Fuel tank two times. We have finally received proper fuel tank and that fixed the engine running issue. Product is ready for customer pick up and repair was covered by ********* warranty. I have attached pictures of the Snowblower condition like new product was stored inside most of the time we had it.

      Husqvarna Forest & Garden company guarantees the function of all ********* branded Products and will repair or replace any part that has factory defects which appear due to faulty installation or defective parts free of charge when performed by authorized ********* workshops during the warranty period.
      Warranty periods
      Consumers - 24 months for power products and accessories.
      Professionals - 12 months for power products and accessories.

       I am rejecting this response because:

       

      The retailer is neglecting the fact that this is not a " like new machine" we purchased it brand new and returned it inside 30 days since it had not been working since the day we brought it home. We immediately  contacted their business before we took it off the truck to advise of this issue and were told all the could do was order a gas cap and we were left with a product from day one that never worked. We wanted to return it and have been forced to pay for something that we have never been able to use. I understand there is no fault by them when receiving the wrong parts but this should have been either swapped out or money returned from day one when we could not use the machine . Gas was spilling everywhere and it would not stay running. I am also requiring a better explanation to what they advise "fixed the engine running issue consisted of" You advise the spark plug was so gummed up and black that's why it would not run. Help me understand how this was possible when we could not get the machine to stay running from day one not to mention how can we run a machine that the gas cover would not stay tight and was spilling fuel all over the top of the engine if we tried to use it. How can we be expected to assume the risk of our financial purchase that has never worked. Now you have left it outside for at least 3 months of your having it since the lady in the office confirmed it was outside the day I picked up the chain saw. I do not see any pictures either provided to me either. The only resolution is for a return of our money and part ways or we will simply continue the path through our lawyer. We have been advised to try this route first so that's what we are doing. I feel the owner is not looking at the entre situation here. I assure you if you brought a product from me and I deliver it dead to you, you would want better attention paid to what I was delivering to you then being told " we clearly were not using the machine right and there was no issue with the engine. Now you are saying you fixed the engine issues.
