            15 Aug - Silver Fox Restoration and Renovation Ltd (SSRR) quoted $60,627.43 to build deck and finish basement interior. Work never completed 20 Aug - work started; projected finish date 20 Oct 31 Aug - gave SFRR a $20,000 deposit (bank draft) Early Sep - SFRR further quoted $16,887.75 D for concrete slab, $1500 to move & level shed and $10-12,000 for landscaping. Concrete slab and shed work was never completed; landscaping work, though complete, far exceeded the verbal agreement 31 Aug - gave SFRR $25,000.00 deposit (bank draft) 12 Sep - $20,000.00 money draft was obtained but withheld as no projects were completed yet. By end-September work had slowed considerably and with little progress 11 Oct - held meeting with SFRR to discuss cost & quality control concerns and progress. We were assured that the work on all quotes would be completed. Workers began showing up less frequently and for shorter periods until they stopped showing up all together by late October 28 Oct - SFRR co-owner and worker tell us they had not been paid for the previous week and wouldn’t be coming back until then. One worker had quit 6 Nov - held meeting with SFRR after no one showed up to work for a week with no communication. We were assured the work we had agreed to would be completed including the work inside as well as repairs to the shed and concrete deck slab that had a lot of issues with finish and cracks. We were told they would be back 12 November in am to continue work 12 Nov - 2 workers showed up in PM and mudded walls for an hour. Said they were going to pick up the replacement window previously ordered and would be back the next day with supplies. They took their tools as they left and no one has been heard from since despite multiple attempts to reach them This has left our property in an unfinished and unsafe condition. No project has been fully completed as promised. We feel we are owned monies back from SFRR so we can proceed with finishing these projects
