      I brought my vehicle to ******* Motoring on numerous occasions because my transmission was acting up. **** ******* changed numerous other parts never fixing the problem. In December 2022 my transmission failed while crossing the 102 highway. I had CAA tow the car to ******* Motoring on December 15, 2022. **** ******* said that he would order a transmission and install it for approximately 2000$. I heard nothing from him until February 2023. He said that he had ordered a transmission and that I would have my car in a week. The next week he said that the wrong transmission was delivered and that he would keep looking. In March he said he would bring the transmission to someone in Yarmouth to fix it this was quoted as 3000$. I suspected that I was being charged for the wrong transmission delivery. I agreed as I was desperate to get my vehicle back as I live 25 km from the nearest town. Months went by with **** ******* never answering my calls but calling my husband days later and saying we would have our car next week, this went on for months. On June 20th I called Hoel ******* and told him that I had had enough and was going to file complaints against him. He called back an hour later saying that my transmission would be finished by end of day and that he would pick it up and install it the next day. I did not hear from Me ******* until July 7th. I was told that I could pick up my car. The bill was for 4600$!! When we picked up the vehicle all of the dash warnings were on, cruise, anti skid, brakes, etc. we returned the vehicle and were told by Mr ******* that it was a solinoid and that he would order it, so we left with the car. The vehicle shook and drove poorly and the warning lights were distressing. The next day the car wouldn’t start, wouldn’t take a boost and is inoperable after 7 months and 4600$. I am desperate for help. I need a car to work, to escape wildfires and to get food, this is not a luxury Invoice clarification, refund, working vehicle please.
