In response to complaint that was submitted on Jan 12/2022(id#16456600). The complainant brought in four tires to have installed and balance on Dec 20/2021. The complainant told me she parked the car in her yard and only drove 30km. On Dec. 27 she told me it was the first time she moved her car. So I responded by saying, did you leave your yard and drive on flat tires. The complainant told me that her tires were perfectly inflated when she left the driveway. She continued to tell me when she drove on the highway they went flat. After hearing her response. I came to the conclusion that she may of hit a pothole or something to make them go flat instantly. That is when the complainant hung up on me. After being employed at ****'s for over 35 years I have gained a lot of experience when dealing with these type of issues. When a tire or tires are install and stay perfectly inflated(her words) for 7days and you drive down the road and they go flat , that is not the responsibility of the installer. This family has been in business for over 50 years, we are known for our customer service and making things right. Thanks for your time.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
Mr. **** is a **** when he says i hung up on him. I have the entire phone conversation recorded. He was made aware that when the tires were repaired at ******** *****, as it took me 17 days to speak with Mr. **** as he made no effort to return any of my calls or was available when i attended at the business. I needed by car and could not wait almost 3 weeks to have it repaired but he wouldn't have anyway as that is clear. He was made aware that i was informed that the tires were not sealed on the rims. I asked for a copy of his email to send him the pictures and he made it clear he did not care.
He was also told i did not hit a pot hole in the road otherwise every vehicle on that highway would have had the same thing happen to them. There are no pot holes on the road there and i can take a picture if need be and provide it. Mr. **** is only speculating, as he was told i did not hit a pot hole, he is only looking for an excuse to not be held accountable for the lack of proper installation by his mechanic.
His mechanic was gross negligence in installing the tires that lead to this incident and this business is responsible for the costs for the repairs along with pain and suffering for my life being put in jeopardy with having transfer trucks serving around me to avoid plowing into my vehicle along with every other vehicle that was forced to swerve around me.
It is blatantly obvious because i am a woman, was not a regular at this garage, they were only used because my regular garage closed abruptly, that dealing with a **** that his attitude towards this is ************.
