This service is for child care. My child is no longer in the care of Wiggles and Giggles daycare. I have received numerous invoices for different amounts from this daycare with different dates. No details on the actual account and what the dates are specific to. I have chat messages and invoices confirming what I have paid. first the owner, ***** *****, sent an invoice in February for $500, and I was unable to pay it at the time because I had no job and absolutely no income. She then sent it to collections and since I am working I have paid it in full. I was sent a new invoice from her for more dates and more money. I paid it because I did not want to ruin my credit. I tried to talk to her and ask her where the extra money is coming from and I received no response. I contacted the collections company and they sent me a totally different invoice than what the owner of the day care sent me. I paid $867.10 - the invoice I was sent was for $500. I had all intentions of paying it and I feel like because they bullied me with a collection agency I had no choice and no say in this matter. They threatened to ruin my credit and garnish my paycheck and would not answer my questions. I just wanted to pay it and be done but I was bullied into an amount that was not agreed upon. As you see in the attachments, she states that I am only responsible for the invoice I received on February 16, 2022, which is $500. She then sent another invoice with another $367 added. I included a screenshot of her confirming I am responsible for the amount she said on February 17th. I feel that I was really taken advantage of and bullied into paying whatever amount they came up with. Please help me resolve this.
