I hired this place to do Renovations..I was told just under 15000 ..half was required upfront..that I did ..was told 4 weeks max ...it's been nothing but a night mare ...he fired at least 4 employees ...I purchased my home July 27th 2021 they started right away ..the bathrooms were pretty much already gutted ... they were to paint ..the guy kept changing prices ... he didn't complete 1 full thing he was supposed to do fr the beginning he didn't answer my calls or my text and emails always had the excuse he was called to emergencies. The people he hired to do umping and electrical did terrible job..I had an issue where I had a flood downstairs ...at the time they qere in the middle of the downstairs bathroom which still isn't cometed .. his guys came..said grey fixed it ..it wasn't related to work they did ..so anyways very next day same thing ..couldn't get his plumber so I called my own ..he said who ever was here did a poor job ..he fixed the problem no issues ..I paid my plumber he found and coukd see the issues the other plumbers did ...it's a nightmare..they have doors off that were to ve painted and still off not painted ..there's paint everywhere ..cupboards they installed fli h down ..brand new shower falling apart ..no cooking...they I stalled a used broken window in my bathroom I had to hire someone to come weather tight it after Wayne not sending his guy out...I told Wayne everything that was happening and going on fr day 1 ..asking him yo finish this up ..Christmas time still kot hearing fr him I hired someone to fix the mess on my entrance stairs ..I'm sire I'm all over the place but it's a mess ..I have before during and what's left ...my last attempt to talk to Wayne he said he didn't know what I wanted ..well I'm not paying 28000 when the agreement was just under 15000 and I gave a bank draft upfront which he didn't think I'd given .
