    On Sunday April 21 I went into the Truro Mall to visit the Mobile Snap booth to have the screen on my iPhone 12 repaired. The total cost was $241.45. Upon returned to pick up my phone, I was told there was damage to a cable on the inside. The woman said it was repairable with a new piece, however she expected me to drive 45 minutes away to have it fixed at another location. Sunday night I thought long and hard about what had happened, and started doing some research. Many ******* videos and contacting a couple people I know that do phone repairs, I was told it was impossible for the damage to the screen to have cut that cable. I went back into the mall and was greeted with hostility from the same employee. She called me crazy, said I didn't know what I was talking about and refused to hep me. At that point I got the managers phone number and left him a voicemail. When he finally did return my call 3 days later, I was unable to answer since I was at work. I have since reached out via their website as well as texting the damage photos to the manger with no response. Phone calls go directly to voicemail. I took my phone to another shop, which cost me an additional $91.94 to have repaired. He took photos of the damage caused to the pins of the new screen, examined the old on (with no damage on the inside) confirming there is a zero percent chance the damage to the cable was caused by the broken front of the screen. I just want my money back as the phone was not properly repaired and I was treated with so much disrespect by the employee. I have so much more I could add, however I am running out of space.
