I ordered tractor Mar 24/22 with a 90 day delivery date received it Aug 18/22 When negotiating with the tractor I asked if it came with a block heater and the response was yes which upon arrival there was no block heater. I was lead to believe the undermount PTO. was coming with it on the the tractor. Oct 13/22 PTO and block heater arrived so the tractor went back to Truro to install PTO, block heater and front mount snow blower. I asked if implements such as the forks and snow blower could switch out easy and was told that would not be an issue which turned out to be an issue. The technician that brought the tractor back with the blower and proceeded to show me how to remove the blower. It came clear to me then that this is at least a two man job. The undermount drive shaft was way to low to the ground. I asked if it was removeable and was told that it was permanent. He also told me that the blower was not meant to be taken off and on. In my view it would have been damaged or ripped off if the tractor was used on rough terrain, so I decided to send the blower back. I contacted the sales rep and expressed my concern. So I suggested a hydraulic blower from a company in Quebec. I tried to contact sales rep to find out the status of the blower with no response. So I decided to contact the service manager and was told that they ordered one for me and would not be available until February/23. The service manager admitted to me later that I wouldn't be able to install the original blower by myself after viewing videos from manufacturer. I suggested to get me a blade while waiting for the blower. The blade arrived, but had hydraulic rams on it which I had no control over. The blade flopped back and forth. I called the service manager and was told that something would be done about it. I waited and called again to find out what was happening with the blade and at this time I was told that the blower that was coming is now a gas powered one and isn't going to be here until March/23. Now at this point I have had enough .There was never any mention on a gas powered one. I was able to contact sales rep and expressed my thoughts on paying for a snow blower and PTO that I still didn't have. I said to either adjust the payments or take the tractor back and reimburse me my down payment. I was told two weeks ago that the tractor was being quoted out. I've tried calling and texting sales rep with no response. This is why I decided to file a complaint. The tractor is not what I was lead to believe. Tractor price $58 263.51 + HST $8739.53 = $67 003.04 Down payment $27 000.00 new price $49 303.04. Since then I have put a stop payment. ..Business response
