*** ** *** ***** ********* ****** ** ******** *** I have been with them for long time and I realize I was over charged by there broker, when I decided to leave them they won't provide me LOE litter and as a result everywhere I apply my new price is high, like they take you *******, and keep in mind with over 12 years being with them I paid over 100k in company insurance and my trucks insurance and all this time I had not even one claim. ***** **** ******** there is tones of other insurance companies. *****

Be careful what you read from the original complaint. Due to the Privacy Act and professionalism for our industry I will not be providing details on this matter. Mr. ********'s use of aggressive behaviour, threats and vulgar language to our staff will not be tolerated or acceptable at any time Mr. ******** did obtain the document he requested. Mr. ******** has the choice to place his insurance with any office or company of his choice. .Customer Response

She was my insurance broker for 13 years, (Gwilliames & Assoc Insurance, 2 Bunhill Ct, Ajax, ON L1Z 1X5) About 3 months ago after she provide a qoute for 550/month for my personal car I started to shop around and got insurance for 250/month than I decided to cancel all my insurance with her and I asked for LOE litter which she ignored to the last minutes and when I got that by forcing her to take her to court if she doesn't provided. I shop around and my commercial insurance went down 1600/year. I did write a review for them to aware others about them cuz I lost at least for 7 years 1600/ year. ******* ******* services never provided any sort of ******* service for them and they yet they write a fake review on my ****** business profile to take revenge, That's how bad they are so be careful please.
