This is a small husband and wife business. I found them to be friendly and accommodating during the bid process. However, just one week prior to their planned start date they sent me an email saying they were no longer interested in my project and dropped me. After months of working with them to establish the scope of work, I never heard from them again. Since we had not yet signed the contract, they were in a legal position to do what they did. Regardless, it was was still unprofessional, unreliable and extremely inconsiderate. With all good contractors booking into ****, this left me in a difficult and costly bind. I would not recommend this company, if reliability and integrity are requirements for you.

We explained to you via email that the time was pushing us too close to our previously booked projects that the insurance was taking too much time. To say that you did not hear from us is incorrect as we do not ghost our clients. There were too many back and forth propositions between the insurance company and ourselves. We put a lot of effort and countless hours into organizing this project between quotes and visits to both you and the property as well as countless quote changes to adhere to the insurance requirements that took months to establish an almost final deal. There were still ongoing changes, and we feel that it was not going to end. During this time, we made no financial gains in fact we have suffered losses due to the ongoing travel and time which we were willing to take on as we thought this would be a great project. We had great recommendations and were ready to complete the task. However, the insurance company was making it very difficult for us to keep within our timelines and wanted to oversee our work which would have created even more problems. This we found out at the last minute. So that is unfortunately why the project was cancelled when it was. We too are booked until ************************************************************************************* 2022. I appreciate your situation, but you must also consider our time. This was a very unfortunate circumstance for everyone involved. We do apologize for this and regret the loss of this opportunity. We have established ourselves in the community as trustworthy and efficient with several repeat clients. You were a pleasure to work with but there were too many obstacles in this project from the get-go. Our business is extremely important to us, and we try our best to keep the positive reputation that we have garnered whilst in business. We value our integrity as this is our bread and butter.
