  On June 24 at around 6pm I went to the drive thru to order my family some food and they got the order wrong several times. And I paid over $50 for my order. We ordered... 6pc nugget meal with fries and sweet and sour sauce but they always forget the sauce. I ordered a mcchicken with poutine but they forgot the poutine and gave fries instead. I ordered a big Mac meal with poutine and the big Mac was a mess with the cheese stuck to the cardboard box and not even on the burger patty. Also ordered a double quarter pounder with poutine and the poutines had one single drop/teaspoon of gravy it was just dry fries with cheese curds. We had no napkins or straws with made it difficult ult to eat and drink at the park with my kids. I have had similar experiences like this one so often at the arnprior mcdonalds we even prefer to drive to renfrew or kanata for the McDonald's as arnprior is not good. The staff are all miserable teenagers that are sad and grumpy and can't get my orders right often forgetting drinks or burgers and I have had to call back to get forgotten food items which is difficult with 3 small kids in my car. It is very upsetting for small kids when they order poutine and get no gravy... or oder a burger and get nuggets or no dip. I feel I am owed money from all these experiences my kids and I have had with this mcdonalds location as I spend alot of money at mcdonalds I would appreciate compensation for me and my kids negative past experiences and hope the quality of service will Improve as my kids love mcdonalds.
