      Totally impressed with quality of work and professionalism of this company ! Negative reviews here are certainly not my experience. Even though I considered this a relatively small job compared to other jobs they must have, they treated both myself and my floors as important as any others. I would and will recommend this company to anyone !

      Stood me up for a quote appointment despite having my email. Called me a ***** because I chose not to reschedule after I waited in for them. Blocked me on email then emailed with more abuse today because I gave them a poor review on their page. Poor customer service, verging on harassment now.

      I'm sorry but you have a very twisted way of seeing things.I messaged you saying I couldn't make it and had a hiccup and that I could come the following day and you just can't handle that.We even talked during my scheduled appointment time so I was not late.And then you won't stop messaging me calling me insulting names and Posting these ridiculous reviews. Anybody who checks out Your file can see that all you do is post bad reviews about other people's companies.You have sixty one reviews all one star You are absolutely ridiculous.people have hiccups all the time You should try being more understanding and not so rude.Is your name not *****.?How is that an insult.Talk about blowing something out of proportion because I couldn't make an estimate that I tried to reschedule the following day.I wish you luck in life you're obviously a very miserable person.

      Easy to talk to. **** started on time and finished on time exactly as promised. Excellent workmanship with attention to detail. Cleanup done on completion. Super job. Very happy with the finished product. Would definitely hire them again.

      We had 18 year old dark, shiny hardwood on our main floor, which weve hated for 18 years. Finally decided to do something about it. Called **** and he actually answered the phone! First good sign. Arranged a visit for a quote and he arrived when he said he would. Second good sign! We had a quote, which was very reasonable, before he left our driveway. He was honest in telling us that we may need to do a bit of touch up along the baseboards and we did. But it was minor. Was expecting to have to wait a few months but he was able to start the job within a few weeks. His crew was pleasant and efficient. We were able to look at various colour stains right on the floor on a test patch. We love our new floors and wondered why we waited so long to have them redone! Working with Flooring Now was a breeze. Weve done other upgrades over the last couple of years and without a doubt dealing with **** has been a very positive experience and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Flooring Now.

      Excellent pricing, excellent schedule/communication, excellent delivery and completion. Work in a difficult building and cleanup was no issue.

      My review is not the about the quality of the work. His crew did a good job. But a company is represented by his owner or whoever is answering to customers. This company need to improve on his customer service skills. As I can see fro. Other reviews both here and other sites the owner is quick to blame everyone else but lacks accountability. Our situation The company was re doing floors in a small agreement the day they were supposed to do the work I got a call Saying we are at the location but there is stuff on the floors and we do not move people stuff as we assume no responsibility. He was right I had painted the night before and there was drop clothes paint cans and a ladder in one of the rooms. He proceeded to tell me he can’t have his crew sit there until I arrive. I was driving to the location and said no problem I’ll be there in 30-45 min to move things. He replied that again his crew was busy and could not stand around. I agreed and told him do what they have to do, if that means leave and come back another day than that’s my lost and i loose my place in line. He proceeds to call me 5 minutes later saying his crew made it seem like there was lots tons of stuff in the floor but after viewing the pictures there was not much to they put the paint cans and drop clothes in closets and the bathroom where no work was being done. When I got there I saw the stuff that was moved and took everything paint wise that I needed and proceeded downstairs. I notice that the crew had taken the oven that was plugged in and yes I had pulled it out from its place for painting. Instead of pushing it back to its place which is as 3 feet. The crew actually carried it outside in the adjoining 2nd story deck. I didn’t saw anything about it as they were going to refinish the floors in the kitchen. And saw that they were using the 240 volts plug for their machine. I completed my day downstairs as the crew worked upstairs. When they were done they came downstairs and advised they were leaving for the day. I thanked them and told them I would lock up. I never went upstairs as I figured the floors would be wet from the stain and I had no reason to go up. The next day I receive a call from my partner who attended the property and told me that the crew had left the stove outside. I called the owner explained to him the situation. He apologized and said I did not know they had taken the stove outside. I was informed personally by the owner over a recorded phone call that he was going back today anyways to apply the last coat on the floor and they would bring it back in. He said I’m gonna g to message my crew right now to make sure they think g it back in. Remember the crew removed my property (the stove) and brought it outside. Crisis averted it didn’t rain so not really a big deal it was only a day.I said to myself. So the crew came and went and did what they had to do. I didn’t attend the property. Again my partner showed up on Sunday afternoon and advised me that rev stove was still outside. This time it had rained and the stove is. Ow defective. I messaged the owner and advised him that he had told me his crew would bring my stove back Inside . He immediately went in the defence and said he is not responsible for furniture and that’s why they don’t move furniture........ actually let’s copy and paste our conversation for everyone to see Company: I called and explained we're not responsible for any moving of furniture. You were aware the stove was put outside. I was not. And you were apparently working downstairs for the day so could have made arrangements for the stove yourself. You should have moved it back in yourself when you noticed that. I Did try to ask my team to move it back for you they had no phone reception and I could not get ahold of them I was trying to do you a favor by asking them as your furniture is not our responsibility. This is why we don't move stuff or Take any responsibility for the stove as I was quite clear. Thanks good luck I say this as politely as I can I mean no disrespect. But it is not our problem Owner : I was working downstairs on the first day it didn't know it was outside as I had not gone upstairs in order not to ruin the floors. My partner saw it the next day when she attended and I called you. Just to make sure we are on the same page here .....who moved the stove outside ? I'm just hoping the stove is still in god working order As I didn't move it outside. From our first conversation when you called saying there was lots of things on the floor. I said ok. Don't know what to tell you I'll be there in 30 minutes. You said I can't have my crew stand there I agreed and said do what you have to do I'll be there in 30 minutes. In the meantime your crew move the stove outside instead of pushing it back to the slot it belonged which was 3 feet away the stove was pulled out 3 feet and in the middle of the kitchen. Company No problem I'm not trying to argue with you. I already told you we are not responsible for moving any stuff I hope for your sake it works. You said and I quoted that you would handled everything when you got there you obviously didn't Good luck and please don't blame your mistakes on us. Do we see the repeated behaviour of blaming everyone expect himself and his team and we continue Owner I never said I would move the stove inside. I specially told you on Friday that if you couldn't do the floor because there was things on the floor then I was on my way and would be there in 30 minutes. You told me you wouldn't let your crew stand around. And I said. I quote ok well do what you have to do I'll be there in 30 minutes. Facts are 1. Your crew moved my property from inside to outside 2. Your crew did not put said property back inside 3. We had a conversation Saturday sept 25 at 9:01 am where I made you aware of stove being left outside 4. You said I will call my crew and make sure they bring it back inside 5. Moving my property from inside to outside nul in voids any "we don't take responsibility for furniture" as you clearly moved my property. Good luck Company I never agreed that we moved your furniture outside the 1st time I heard about it was when you called me on on Saturday. I said I would message my crew to move it back as a Courtesy to see you Since my crew was going to be there but they had no reception and could not receive the message. The fact is you said we Could do whatever we had to do to start the job and you would take care of the rest when you got there. And you were warned we take no responsibility from moving anything. Also the fact that you knew it was outside and left it there the whole weekend. It's your responsibility. Please don't call me or message me anymore I can't stand dealing with people like you blaming your problems on other people. Do what you have to do . But what you should be doing is taken responsibility for your own mistakes. Be careful with this company as you can see from my experience and clearly other people review If there is anything that goes wrong it will be your fault and not his

      Hello Rick, While we appreciate constructive feedback and always strive to improve, I feel the need to set the record straight because what you’re claiming here is simply NOT true… Here’s why: 1) In our agreement and during the estimation process, we clearly told you to remove everything from the floor. Including the stove, which you agreed to. Upon arrival, you did not honour that agreement at all. Paint cans, tarps, a ladder, and the stove along with many other materials were on the floor and in our way. This significantly delayed our production. 2) Despite your lack of preparation, we carefully moved your belongings out of the way. We temporarily moved your stove outside. On top of that, we did notify you the stove was outside and clearly instructed you to put it back a day before, which you also did not honour. 3) I’m not sure which reviews you’re referring to when you say others have said we don’t take accountability, because there are none. We honoured every aspect of our agreement for the job, and if this was our responsibility, we would own up to it. However, this was clearly outside the scope of our work, and you and your partner did nothing to avoid it. Even though you knew you were supposed to put the stove back. Also you walked past the stove outside many times the day the work was done. Because of the reasons above, it’s clear your statements are not true. And honestly, we’re shocked you had the audacity to even write a review like this about us. Anyone who has worked with our company knows how much we go above and beyond to accommodate. This job was no different, except you were intentionally being uncooperative to do the least amount of work possible. That’s not how our operation, or any other reputable contracting business operates. These projects are a two-way street. You do your part, and we do ours (which you said yourself, we did a good job on our part.) As a future recommendation for your sake, we recommend being prepared next time if you plan on hiring another flooring contractor to work with you.
