Fantastic experience with Kim in the Service Dept. She explained everything to me in plain terms I can understand! Highly recommend Leisure Days RV Centre!!Review from Gaurav T

The review which I am going to post here is the same which I have communicated to the Rental Manager. There were so many bad things about the RV we rented but the only good part was - Leisure Days guys were really quick in refunding the money. We had to cut our trip short because of the issues we encountered on the rented RV's/motorhomes. It was such a bad experience, we went there to celebrate the First Birthday of my nephew and it was all ruined. And whatever we spent on the fuel and our effort, all went to waste. Below is the detailed list of issues: RV-7 (5 Seater) Issues: 1.) Mouse on the RV (not sure if there was only 1 or many) - Safety Hazard - While driving, the mouse came out on the Dashboard twice (both during night time). It was a big hazard as that would have caused an accident, or someone could have easily got hurt. - Mouse droppings were there in most of the drawers. All our kitchen Utensils were not used during the trip as we could not wash everything and we had to wash them after arriving home. - All our clothes in the drawers were not used and now need to be washed. - While sleeping at night, the mouse was running somewhere in the RV and no one was able to sleep with the noise and the thought that kids are there and mice should not come on the bed. So the night sleep was screwed up for everyone. 2.) All the water from shower was leaking in the luggage compartment.. - Some of the luggage which was in the way of leaking water got ruined - the shower was not usable anymore because of the leakage. - we were not able to empty the Black tank as the Grey tank was completely empty. 3.) Even after all the cleanup, some dust kept dropping in the kitchen utensils and on the bed. Even after cleaning it kept coming back. Kids were sleeping on the bed and I hope it was not a health hazard. So whoever wants to rent out an RV with Leisure Days just make sure to give it a thorough check as these issues were not small ones.
