My husband and I booked Ferndale Banquet hall for our wedding which was scheduled on August 29th 2020 moved to May 8th 2021 and was eventually canceled due to covid with ample time before that date, so someone could book instead. After several attempts to request our money back we have had nothing but radio silence. They claim they don't have a record of me being a client of theirs, because it was an all cash deal; which their coordinator insisted on because it was a cheaper option, yet she was let go because she was taking money from the business. I have called and emailed many times, with no response and even had family members get involved to see if they could get an answer, but no avail. This hall should be absolutely ashamed of themselves! I understand that Covid has caused significant damage to a number of businesses, but that doesn't mean that they should take advantage of innocent clients.
