      I had previously purchased 2 car washes on 2 separate days. The first on March 2, 2023, and the next in March 7, 2023. The first car wash I entered and the wash then broke down leaving soap all over my car, I proceeded to go to their manual wash to finish the wash. I purchased the automatic wash for $12 and then put $4 in the manual wash. During the second wash I purchased a wash for $10, and the doors remained closed and would not allow me to access. In total I have lost out on $26. I contacted the owners via email which they said they would reimburse once I send documents showing the purchase which I did send. After sending the information had been sent I have not heard anything from the company, where they refuse to answer calls or emails. Just looking to be reimbursed for the money spent. The business is Barrie Classic Carwash at 211 Mapleview Drive West, Barrie, Ontario. Thanks for your time

      Hi there, We did send an email to this person telling the person to come and show the proof of payments and come in person on Sunday March 12th 2023. The person did not come on that day and sent emails. We would love to resolve this problem that had occurred with the problem all he needs to do is come in and see the attendant and show the proof of payment we will be more than glad to assist the customer.  There was a machine problem where technicians needed to be called on that Sunday to ensure that the machine was working properly. As a business we are trying our best to give the best customer service possible.

      Hi there, We had invited the customer to the carwash on March the 12th to come in to get a Ultimate carwash and we would also provide another one an another day we asked the customer to show it to the attendant who would be at the carwash on that day. We did apologize to the customer as there was a technical problem with the carwash and the door did not open. Machines sometimes have problems. We have taken the necessary steps to provide the best customer service and satisfaction to the client.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      What they are saying did not actually happen, I have the emails between myself and them. They asked me to meet on a Sunday which I could not do as I live out of town, and this is where the conversation ended on their part. I had emailed 3 times after saying that a cheque or etransfer would be acceptable from them to accommodate for my loss in funds  and I did not receive a response. I think them sending a cheque or money transfer would be the best outcome at this point do to the fact I would have to travel half an hour to meet them at 2 different occasions to get car washes, where I would be wasting gas and those days it could be raining or snowing and I may not want a car wash at that time.

      Hi we are trying our best to give the best possible service as that is our goal. We are asking the customer to come and meet at the business since we do not provide the service or giving cheques or etransfers. We understand that the weather might be a factor for the customer but whenever the customer wants to come, the customer can come and get a free wash 2 times through the drive through car wash where the best car wash takes a total of seven minutes to completely wash the car. As we have completely got the car wash fixed and it is functioning very well. All the customer would need to do is show this response to the attendant who will be there.

      A refund. Today I visited the car wash, full service I was charged the car wash was broken(found out after I paid) I emailed the owner they got back to me asking for me to return to the site I had requested a refund in my email if I was unable to get the wash today It turns out the wash was unable to Be fixed, I was offered to return another day a day and time I am Unable to make it I was then told if I wanted a refund I should have asked the tech I did the tech told me to email in No reply from the company I want my money back They have no phone number for contact posted just an email

      Sorry for the inconvenience as there is a technical problem with the machine.  We are also losing money we ordered the part from USA. We did put a notice on the outside that states “if the red light is flashing please do not use the machine”. We advised the customer to come back on Sunday and to rectify the situation. Please try to understand the situation from our point of view.

      This is a 24 hr self-service car wash that you pay by debit or credit and you drive through for the wash. This place took my money and did not allow me to get my car wash. When I looked up this place online to find out what's going on, I found that they do not list a phone number to call.

      Hi, 


      I do apologize for the inconvenience that you had faced. There was a technical problem with the machine where the technician was called two times and did need to order a part from the United States. That part has not yet come; someone drove a big truck through the car wash and damaged it. As a business we are losing money as we are waiting for this part for the car wash itself.  We will give you a refund and also a free car wash for the inconvenience that this may have caused you. We are trying our best to give the best customer satisfaction as that is our main priority.
