I contacted this company ***** ******* *** ******** ******* ****** and I am very glad I did. Paul reached out to me, explained the process and was very good with communication. The two most important factors for me when deciding to hire a company for this job was pricing and more obviously, the quality of work. They were impressive in both categories. Paul went above and beyond to accommodate and coordinate with the current tenant that was residing at the ****** ***** property and completed the job, provided me with pictures and an explanation of the work completed. More than that he identified some extremely important issues that needed immediate attention from the builder (this was a new build). This Paul guy ********* ****** **** *** ************, did a good duct cleaning, I paid him $406 including tax on the spot and was happy with his service. 2 weeks later, this $1500 ********** transaction creeping up on my card account from this Duct Cleaning Specialist inc. Duct And Dryer Vent Cleaning (5 Year Re-Clean) I highly recommend this company! Cleaned ducts, broke alarm sensor on window and cut wires in duct return! Repair cost almost 200! Promised refund and then ghosted

this is being rectified and I would hope the client posts an update.. this post doesn't reflect who we are or actually tell the complete story.
As of June 30th, this has been refunded to the customer who has acknowledged receipt. Hopefully he will update the review accordingly.
