I’ve been having problems with this company upholding deal that they said I could get my vehicle payment and move it to the end and then they want to charge me penalties on top of that. I transferred them a late payment. At the same time they took it out of my account along with the payment they promised they would remit. My bank account had $90 in NSF fees and their charging me money in NSF and they refused to give me the recording where the guy told me that my payment would be skipped and now they’re charging me more money regardless what he said.Business response

Since this was an oversight by one of our junior agents. While we acknowledge that such errors are not excusable, we are committed to rectifying the situation.
As a gesture of goodwill, we can offer a resolution by waiving $100.00 of the NSF fee from her current fees.Regards
