On February 14th 2023, we went to the store to order our sectional. The sectional arrived April 28th, 2023, the sectional arrives full of issues. I document all the issues and send it to the store owner (Jas) and the manager. They said no problem we’ll make you another one. They send another one June 12TH, it’s the wrong arm, wrong couch. They take the wrong couch back on the spot and we wait patiently once again. October 27th our couch finally arrives. 3 big problems with this one. I take a video of the issues while the delivery guys are here and send it to the store. No response until this day. I have taken pictures and videos, and nothing. I’m disappointed that for $4600 the couch doesn’t have an aligned back side ! It was very misleading to buy a “locally made couch” wherever this couch is getting made - they don’t pay attention to any detail. I’m really disappointed in the store. Jas and Mirka were helping the first time around, but now they’re not even answering my email. I wish I went to a big box store, even a made in China couch would have been better. The material is “stain proof” but it’s the worst material you can order: ***** ** **. I have pictures, emails and texts to support everything: wish I didn’t purchase from here.Initial Complaint

On September 28 we ordered a bedroom set in white color. On October 1 we paid full amount of 5200$ in cash including delivery to the store and at the same date they deliver the items. While they was unpacking the furniture we saw it was in grey color instead white. I called immediately to Mirka the sales manager. And explained her the situation she understood me and told her guys to take it back to the store. She promised me to call me Monday as their supplier wasn't working on Saturday. I told her that I'll wait to hear from Her on Monday. On Monday no one called me when I called to the store I was explained by the store manager that Mirka o a holiday. On Tuesday next day I start to receive different designs and options of furniture. That didn't fit to our measurement and stile of what we choose. And the one we was reconsidering they didn't had in stock or was discontinued. After many attempts to work with them I asked my money back as I didn't receive the item and they had the full amount of my money. The store manager refused to refund me as he says it is final sell. I asked hi. How it final without receiving my product. He says that he won't refund me.
