Dear Sir/Madam, ************************ I am forwarding you a copy of my most recent letter (dated June 9, 2021) sent to Mr. Randy T. c/o Hammertown Installation Inc. and **************. Please note, that during our business rations were using names of both of his companies (**************. and Hammertown Installations Inc.) interchangeably, thus I consider both of them liable to contractual obligations including personally Mr. Randy T., who is the President and owner of both of the corporations. The aforesaid letter and additional emails contain all the details of my complaint. Please note that I sent the same demand letters addressed to two additional locations one in Hamilton (where the main business office seems to be located) and the second one to Barrie (here the registered head office is located according to public record). I sent these letters via ***** tracking service and also through business email addresses (************@*************.com and ************@**************************.com). I have confirmed that these letters and emails have been delivered. Also, I filed an official complaint and request for mediation to the Ontario Ministry of Government and Consumer Services and due to the lack of any response from Mr. Randy T., Hammertown Installations Inc. was placed on the "Customer Be Aware List". As you will notice, I demand a full refund in the amount of $9,600 (nine thousand six hundred dollars) as the goods and services (delivery and installation of the wooden cabin on a gravel bed) have not been completed on the completion date of April 23, 2021. I paid the full price through 5 electronic transfers, all relevant details are in the aforesaid demand letter. The reason for the full refund is, that considering all the current circumstances, I lost any remaining trust in Mr. T.'s professional conduct. As of today's date (January 3, 2022), I did not receive any response to my demands. Thank you very much for your help and assistance.
