I placed a $599 order with the store to get meat for myself and my family. ***************************************************************** - They told me they would deliver Monday February 21st. I questioned this, as it was a holiday, but they said they deliver to my area every day. On Monday I was told there was an issue, and they would deliver Tuesday. On Tuesday, they didn't have the product, and would deliver Friday. On Friday, there was a snowstorm, and were asking to deliver on Saturday - naturally I agreed because of driver safety. On Saturday I was trying to get an exact ETA out of them, they promised 12:00, then 12;15, then at 11:50 they told me the driver was just leaving. When I complained they cancelled my order without my instructions, and then ******* me attempting to get me to take my money back. This is ****************** unacceptable behaviour from a business. These people were distributing tainted meat in 2019, but I decided to give them a chance, but regret it. They claim I was trying to get them to push their driver, but I allowed them an extra day for driver safety - I even stated that. They should have started the driver earlier (like 10:30) so he could safely be on the road. So its a failure on their end, not mine. They refused to let me speak to anyone who was making decisions, just the front line staff. So I consider this extremely poor etiquette. I want to find out what the CAN do, not what they cannot do.
