I had my driveway done by Ital Paving; I paid in full in good faith. Within days I noticed the crew had paved over a pinecone which has now left a hole in my driveway. After constant calling for them to come and repair the hole, I finally was able to speak to the owner. She basically told me to read my contract and they would try and get to it whenever they could. Not giving me a time frame. I asked her again to come and fix it and was then told no. They also had a huge fight at the end of my driveway the day they did it. The owner, she was yelling so loudly and screaming at the guys. ************************ I would never use this company again *************************** It's been months and the owner has never reached out. Terrible service. *************

I have spoken to you regarding your pine cone issue and explained that this was not a warranty issue as stipulated in your contracts terms however I did suggest that once in the area I would be happy to have someone from the company stop by to fix the hole your pine cone created. You asked for a date and when I explained that I didn't have an immediate date for your area you called me*****************. Yes I did say excuse me and you again called me that nasty name. From that point I told you directly that I was not interested in sending anyone over to your residence so to your ******** uncalled for behaviour.
The fact is simply that pine comes in your driveway is not a warranty issue, and had you been a little more polite in how you speak to people I would have been happy to send someone by even thought this had nothing to do with warranty, but there is absolutely no excuse for *********** verbally ********** and as such I was not willing to put anyone from the company at your address to be treated the way you treated me.

Yes, it was 'my' pinecone that dropped from the tree and landed on my driveway prior to paving.... however most decent companies would pick up the pinecone and remove it prior to paving. Let's just say customer satisfaction is not Ital Paving's strong suit.
You are correct when I asked for a repair date, multiple times, after not receiving email returns nor phone call returns and finally getting you on the phone, you could not give me a date, not even a possible date.
Let's not embellish what you think I called you, I did not call you a*************** in fact said to my co-worker... this person is being *******. You heard me and asked me to repeat and I did. Pretty cut and dry.
You are correct, 'my' pinecone is not a warranty issue, however good customer service would extend beyond and have the issue repaired, as your salesman at the time said it would be. Not my issue you let this person go.
There is zero ********************* verbal **********, in fact the ************ ********** would be directly from you yelling at your employees on the day they did my driveway... as noted from 2 of my neighbors.
Just so we are clear, I do not want anyone from your company to step foot on my property again. The issue has been repaired from another reputable company.
