Renew was late starting our bathroom renovation, and when they finally did they rushed it resulting in it taking 6 months. It is still not completed to the standard they were paid, and they are refusing to provide proper invoices reflecting what they were paid and addressed to us correctly. They lied throughout the entire process, and we would have to bring this to their attention constantly and say that it's not acceptable. We moved out to provide them full access to our house, and they would spend weeks not even working on it. Whenever any sort of problem was hit it became our fault and the owner charged us $75/h to go and get whatever he needed to fix it. Prior to them starting, we had sent them links to all of the products that were to be installed to make sure everything was compatible. So when during the project they complained about what was chosen and weren't prepared to use by the items it was ridiculous. They wouldn't commit to starting the project until they had reviewed all the items and we had had them delivered. They used unqualified people to do the work, resulting in our plumbing being substandard in the bathroom and affected around the rest of the house. Shortly after they finished this resulted in sewage water coming up from our basement bathroom. We called them back multiple times regarding the quality of the work, but they are taking no responsibility. The paint job is see through, the shower leaks, they are paint drips on the new tiles, the framing is not square and the filler they used is not painted, one of the new walls I bowed, they broke 60 yea old oak trim and put up the cheapest MDF to replace it, they didn't put up proper dust sheets and left our house a disaster, they left us without a bathroom door for weeks then tried to give us a cracked one, the closet door is too short so won't stay in the track, the bathtub has chips and scratches, the grout in the tiles is low and already cracked. *** **** ** ************ **** ***
