      Driveway paved May 14,2021 paid in full $5000. After a week or so the driveway was full of pock marks and the side of the drive which I wanted built up still has a dip in it. On June 14, two of the crew showed up to fix some of the rough areas so with blow torch and smooth shoes they heated the asphalt and tried to smooth out the pock marks which has now left an unsightly black mark down the driveway along with small areas that are blackened. The company rep that I deal with is ***** ****, sent e-mails in regards to this matter but get lame excuses back, had a concussion or the was a family emergency also they are waiting for asphalt for me. the last e-mail I sent I asked if you pave every day why is there no asphalt for me, still waiting for a reply. When completed in May I was told there is a 2 yr. warranty which I have not seen on paper. Tried to call his phone but usually his mailbox is full. ** *** *** ****** ** **** ***** *** ******* ***** ** *** ** **** *****

      -The dip on the side of the driveway is part of the paving to match the grade of your sidewalk. We have come to your house to deal with this complaint and you were told at the time that this was to match your sidewalk. 

      -I am unsure of what pock marks are, but we have come and fixed anything you were unhappy with, excluding the dip that matches grade. 

      -On August 30/21 you were emailed a warranty and have responded since to this email.

      -We can get asphalt every day, as explained in an email on August 30/21 we have various jobs scheduled, we were waiting for a sand mix before coming to give you the best result. You were unwilling to accept this, and were mad calling over 10 times per day and emailing. ***** did have a concussion a vehicle ran into our skid skid steer and threw ***** in the machine. These are not excuses they are reality. 

      You have called us many times, and you know how to get ahold of us.

      I am rejecting this response because: In regards to the dip in the driveway, its at least 7 feet from the sidewalk and nothing to do with the grade.

      Pock marks are splits and holes in the surface of the asphalt, I`m even getting grass growing out of the asphalt.

      I am aware of the 2 year warranty, so as to keep the customer happy live up to your warranty and replace or refund.

      In regards to me calling numerous times a day which is totally incorrect I may have called once every 3 days to which I got the response of the mailbox is full so I could not leave a message. I am sure there 

      is someone else that can operate the skid steer as I have seen another person on the crew operating said machine.

      In regards to someone coming by to fix some of the problem areas, I now have a large black streak down the driveway and several black patches on the driveway.
