      April 7 , 2015 Desi's Roofing West contract signed April 27, 2015 Desi's Roofing West Invoice # 2839 June 8, 2015 Invoice # 2839 paid with revised price chq #006 May 4, 2018 (Friday) email sent to Desi's Roofing West regarding double ridge-cap shingles starting to come off with pictures. May 7, 2018 (Monday) received email from ******* @ Desi's that he (*******) will come and take care of the situation. Approx week of May 7, 2018 ******* from Desi's Roofing West advised us this is a normal occurrence & he did not repair it. Feb 25, 2019 email sent to Desi's Roofing West regarding ridge-cap dislodged again with pictures. April 16, 2019 discussion with Desi's Roofing regarding gaps in roofline. April 16, 2019 email sent to Desi's roofing regarding questions about gaps in roofline with pictures. There was no response from Desi's Roofing West. April 1, 2022 (Friday)email sent with pictures regarding ridge-cap shingles about to blow off. April 1, 2022 discussion with "********"@ Desi Roofing that he will come to our house April 1 or 2. April 4, 2022 (Monday) email sent to Desi's Roofing asking if repair will be done April4, 2022 received email that he will be addressing repair that week (week of April4) April 8, 2022 (Friday) email sent to Desi's Roofing as no repair was done this week April 8, 2022 received email from Desi's Roofing that he will be coming by early next week (week of April 11th) April 15, 2022 (Friday) still no repair was done - email sent to Desi's Roofing West asking for a date when the repair will be addressed and wanting an answer by Tues Apr 19 EOD. We have not heard back, We would like Desi's Roofing West be accountable for the repair that is needed to the ridge-cap. This ridge-cap has been a problem since 2018, and repair is still needed as its getting worse. We would like to have it repaired before the 10-Year workmanship warranty is up, and before it is completely off the house and causes further damage to the roof.

      Date of New Roof O9/08/17 put on. Complaint when the rain falls they did something wrong at the end where the gutter is. The water is suppose to go in the gutter from the roof. Its not going in the gutter it's going in between on the facia board. I habe contacted the company by phone and he came out 2 times. He saud he would repair it and correct it. He has returned since. There is a 10 year Warranty on this job.

A roof is a completely different thing in comparison to eaves, soffits, fascia, etc. However, he will solve it for you as soon as we have the chance. This repair is NOT a roofing issue. ******* has kindly offered to repair the soffit/eave problem for free so Mr. ******* is satisfied. However, constant complaint for something that has nothing to do with our services has greatly discouraged us to help Mr. Pinnock. We will be working towards getting this small repair done but we would like in return for him to stop the complaint, otherwise we will refuse the repair and sue him should this hurt our certification with the BBB.
