Refine Restoration Group commence refurbishing in March and due to the chemicals that were being used, the of gassing resulted in me vomiting on numerous occasions. I relocated to an hotel under the impression that the work would continue during my absence. I however visited the premises today May 23, 2022 and nothing has been done.

I spoke with the insurance company and the representative was very disrespectful, callous and showed little remorse to my condition. I'm hereby requesting your intervention in getting these contractors to refurbish my kitchen so that I'll be able to live comfortably in my home.
Refine Restoration keeps giving excuses and even went as far as saying " they're doing me a favor, take it or leave it". This is unacceptable and I have no one to assist because the insurance company isn't making it easier for me as well. it's 3 months and a 10 by 10 kitchen hasn't even started.
I've paid my premium every month ****************. I'm unable to be walking around in an environment that is under construction. This is unlawful practices and your assistance will be greatly.
