On December 17th I called *** for a tow. My back right tire had popped. *** sent me someone from JB Mobile. Tow truck driver showed up quickly, and he was nice enough. Towed my car to my mechanic on his flatbed. Upon replacing my back tire, and doing a test drive it was discovered that my car was now pulling to the left. If i wanted to drive my car straight, I would need to turn my steering wheel to a 45 degree angle. It was not like this before the tow. The mechanic identified that the tie rods had been damaged during the tow (we can see physical damage on the tie rod), and bent so badly that my car would not drive straight. The tow driver hooked up to the tie rods and bent them when loading the car on to the flatbed. The mechanic replaced the tie rods, and I was left with a 610 dollar invoice for damages caused by JB Mobile. Upon reporting the damages to ***, I was told I would hear back from this company within a week. It's now been over a month (damages happened end of Decemeber, It's now February 3rd) and still no contact has been made to resolve this issue. *** is supposed to mediate the situation, but JB Mobile has decided to completely ghost me and take absolutely no ownership of their mistake. I expect to be paid in full for the damages to my vehicle.
